In the middle of all of the organized chaos I've got going on right now with the anticipation of making my Pastry Pedestals available for purchase April 1st...

It's my sweet Ema's 12th birthday today!!
She asked for a small celebration with family, so although she had her birthday breakfast-in-bed this morning and we'll be eating her requested birthday menu tonight...
We won't actually be enjoying any birthday cake with family until tomorrow night!
